Mumbai, India: Piramal Pharma Limited has released its FY2026 Annual Report, outlining a year marked by business expansion, investments in manufacturing capabilities, operational excellence and continued focus on quality, innovation and sustainability.
The company reported revenue from operations of ₹8,869 crore during FY2026. Its global footprint continued to strengthen with 17 manufacturing facilities, commercial operations in more than 100 countries, and nearly 66% of total revenue generated from regulated markets, reflecting the company’s strong international presence.
According to the report, Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS), the company’s Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) business, remained its largest contributor, accounting for 55% of total revenue. During the year, PPS supported over 500 global customers across pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. The company also continued strategic investments, including a commitment of US$90 million to expand sterile injectable manufacturing capacity.
The report also highlighted progress across the company’s healthcare businesses. Piramal Critical Care reinforced its position in the US inhaled anaesthesia market by retaining leadership in Sevoflurane and completing the acquisition of Keenalog, expanding its reach across more than 6,000 hospitals, surgical centres and clinics globally.
Meanwhile, Piramal Consumer Healthcare generated ₹1,274 crore in revenue after introducing 31 new products and SKUs during the financial year. Its Power Brands recorded 24% growth, contributing more than half of the consumer healthcare business revenue.
On the quality front, Piramal Pharma completed 38 regulatory inspections, including three USFDA inspections, while maintaining zero Official Action Indicated (OAI) observations across all USFDA inspections during the year.
The company also reported progress on its sustainability roadmap, achieving a 22.6% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions compared with the FY2022 baseline.
Supporting its long-term growth strategy, Piramal Pharma expanded its global workforce to more than 7,285 employees, while continuing investments in workplace development and operational capabilities.
Commenting in the annual report, Nandini Piramal, Chairperson of Piramal Pharma Limited, described FY2026 as a transitional year shaped by external challenges, adding that the company emerged stronger with improved execution and a clear foundation for future growth.
