Apollo Tyres has inaugurated a super-premium retail outlet in Jaipur, extending its premium store network with a format aimed at offering an enhanced tyre-buying and mobility experience. The new facility, located at Bhagwati Motors Nokha Pvt. Ltd. on New Sanganer Road in the city’s Mansarovar area, is the company’s second super-premium outlet after the Bengaluru launch.
The outlet was formally opened by Rajesh Dahiya, Vice President and Business Head at Apollo Tyres Ltd. According to the company, the new retail format is intended to move beyond conventional tyre sales by integrating personalised consultation, technology-enabled services and customer engagement under one roof.
Designed to cater to a broad range of motorists, the store provides tyre recommendations based on vehicle type, driving habits and customer requirements. It also incorporates digital appointment systems, quick-fit services and dedicated service areas intended to improve convenience during the purchase and maintenance process.
The retail outlet also includes specialised tyre and service packages aligned with luxury, performance and premium vehicle segments. Apollo Tyres said the concept is intended to create a more comprehensive customer experience while bringing together product consultation, after-sales support and mobility-related services in a single location.
Commenting on the development, Dahiya said the company views tyres as an important part of the overall driving experience and that the new retail format is intended to offer customers a service environment that combines product expertise with greater engagement.
The Jaipur outlet represents another step in Apollo Tyres’ premiumisation strategy. The company has indicated that it plans to expand the format further, with three to four additional super-premium retail outlets expected to open in major Indian cities over the coming months.
