New Delhi, India: KPMG in India and Zoho have entered into a strategic alliance to help Indian enterprises advance digital transformation by combining KPMG’s consulting and advisory capabilities with Zoho’s portfolio of more than 60 cloud-based business applications.

The partnership is aimed at addressing the growing demand among mid-market and large enterprises for integrated, scalable and AI-driven software solutions. The companies said the collaboration will focus on helping organisations modernise operations while addressing areas such as automation, agility, data-driven decision-making and privacy.

Under the alliance, KPMG in India and Zoho plan to work across different stages of the transformation lifecycle, including advisory and strategy, implementation and managed services. The companies will use multiple engagement models, covering alliance, managed services and reseller arrangements.

The collaboration will include joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling and co-delivery of client engagements, managed services using Zoho solutions and reseller enablement. The companies also plan joint marketing activities and the development of industry-specific and use-case-driven solutions.

KPMG in India said the partnership will bring together its advisory-led approach with Zoho’s cloud technology portfolio to help organisations align technology investments with broader business objectives.

Zoho said the alliance is intended to address challenges created by fragmented technology systems, isolated data and integration difficulties. The companies will focus on developing integrated cloud environments that can support automation, collaboration and data-led business decisions.

The partnership comes as enterprises increasingly seek technology platforms that can connect different business functions while maintaining scalability and governance. KPMG and Zoho said their combined capabilities will allow them to explore transformation opportunities across industries and different stages of business growth.

The alliance will also include solution development tailored to specific industry requirements, alongside opportunities for joint events and broader engagement with the business community.
