BYD India has unveiled a festive benefits programme for customers purchasing eligible electric vehicles across the country from August 2026. The initiative includes charging coupons, complimentary maintenance, extended warranty coverage and finance schemes on select models and variants.
As India’s festive automobile buying season approaches, BYD India has introduced a package of ownership benefits for customers purchasing eligible electric vehicles under its latest festive campaign.
The company said the offers will be available from August 2026 on selected BYD models and variants sold across India. The announcement comes as automakers prepare for the traditionally strong festive sales period, when vehicle purchases typically see an uptick.
According to BYD India, customers purchasing eligible vehicles during the offer period will receive a range of ownership-related benefits designed to reduce long-term running and maintenance costs. These include charging coupons on select variants, a complimentary two-year maintenance package, and an extended warranty covering up to 200,000 km.
In addition to after-sales benefits, the company is also offering financing options with interest rates starting from 7.77%, subject to applicable terms and eligibility.
BYD India, the Indian subsidiary of global new energy vehicle manufacturer BYD, said the initiative is intended to coincide with the upcoming festive season, which remains one of the busiest periods for vehicle purchases in the country.
The company stated that the ownership benefits will be available to customers purchasing eligible BYD vehicles across India during the promotional period. The package combines after-sales support with financing incentives, offering buyers a broader set of ownership benefits beyond the initial vehicle purchase.
The festive programme applies only to select BYD models and variants, with individual benefits varying depending on the vehicle. Customers interested in the offers are expected to check eligibility and applicable terms before making a purchase.
