Whitelane Research, an independent company that specializes in IT sourcing research throughout the area, has named Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as the leading big IT services provider for customer satisfaction in Europe.
According to a poll of over 2,500 respondents from top European IT expenditure companies, TCS received an 80% satisfaction rating, placing it first among major suppliers assessed by more than 150 clients.

According to a poll of over 2,500 respondents from top European IT expenditure companies, TCS received an 80% satisfaction rating, placing it first among major suppliers assessed by more than 150 clients.
The survey also highlighted rising AI investments in Europe, with organisations citing data quality, compliance, and skills shortages as key challenges. In response, TCS aims to strengthen its position as an AI-led technology services provider.
TCS operates from 58 offices across Europe and has maintained a presence in the region for over 45 years. It has also been recognised as a top employer in Europe by the Top Employer Institute for the 14th consecutive year.
