Sarvam AI Introduces the “Chanakya” Vertical for Critical and High-Security AI Applications

With the goal of providing safe, dependable AI solutions for businesses, governments, and vital industries, Sarvam AI has launched a new business segment called “Chanakya.

According to the corporation, the vertical concentrates on implementing full-stack AI systems for high-stakes situations, such as those involving complicated organizational requirements and national interests. In order to provide improved data protection and operational management, Chanakya is made to function in air-gapped environments, or systems that are cut off from the internet.

The platform’s multi-modal capabilities allow it to perform autonomous AI operations in real-world scenarios while analyzing text and images. It is positioned for dual-use applications in vital areas like national security and defense as well as enterprise functions.

The introduction expands on Sarvam AI’s recent growth in cutting-edge AI products. Along with goods like smart glasses and its AI-first app “Indus,” the company showcased its huge language models, Sarvam-30B and Sarvam-105B, which support 22 Indian languages, at the AI Impact Summit 2026.

Participation in the Nvidia Nemotron Coalition is another indication of Sarvam AI’s expanding worldwide footprint and its aspirations in the developing global AI ecosystem.
