Mahindra Increases Delhi-NCR’s Aftersales Service Infrastructure

In keeping with its emphasis on customer experience and service quality as its SUV and electric vehicle portfolio expands, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. announced on Tuesday a significant expansion of its aftersales service facilities in the Delhi-NCR region.

The effort will involve the corporation strengthening its aftersales infrastructure through increased service reach, network development, and capability creation. The construction of a 26,000 square foot Mahindra Institute of Learning Excellence Center is a crucial component of the concept. With a focus on servicing technologically complex electric SUVs and next-generation vehicles, the facility will offer advanced training in sales, mechanical service, and bodyshop operations.

In Delhi-NCR, Mahindra is also deploying specialized eVans, or electric vehicle assistance vans. For owners of electric SUVs, these mobile service units will provide doorstep services including routine maintenance, car washing, and small repairs. Specialized equipment like tire balancing systems, hydraulic lifts, and battery chargers are included with every eVan. The business intends to expand the eVan model to additional significant cities.

Mahindra will also increase service capacity by 70 working bays by establishing five new service touchpoints in the area. It is anticipated that the action will increase assistance for both passenger and commercial vehicles in the area and speed up turnaround times.
