Enterprises advance agentic automation across Europe

Enterprises across Europe are moving ahead with more advanced forms of intelligent automation, according to a new research report by Information Services Group, a global AI focused technology research and advisory firm. The report highlights how the automation landscape in Europe is becoming more mature, competitive, and focused on real business impact.

The study shows that organizations are going beyond basic robotic process automation and adopting more integrated approaches to automate business operations. Intelligent automation is now being used as part of wider operational improvement efforts, combining artificial intelligence with process management tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall user experience.

While generative AI continues to play an important role, service providers are increasingly investing in AI powered bots capable of handling complex workflows and business actions. At the same time, enterprises are using data driven tools such as process mining to identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows before applying automation.

This shift reflects a stronger focus on process excellence and return on investment, as European organizations look to build smarter, more resilient operations through intelligent automation.
